「Superb stay. Communication was excellent and it was exactly as described. Some excellent unexpected touches like tasteful cabinet labels to let you know where things were, streaming services logged in for television and the gas fireplace was amazing and seemed to heat the entire house. Great stay, wonderful service and looking forward to coming back. 」

「Extended family all stayed here at the house. We were In town for our wedding. This house gave us plenty of room along with it being a beautiful setting and peaceful for our stay. Comfortable with plenty of amenities inside and outside to make it very enjoyable. 」

We were grateful everything was unscented as a couple of us are very sensitive to fragrance. There isn't a dishwasher, just FYI. 「Our stay at The Avenue Historic Mansion in downtown Manitou Springs was truly lovely. We had 21 family members and the home easily accommodated all of us. There was plenty of space to gather together as a group, while still allowing for individual activities and playtime. 「Very clean, quiet nicely decorated and comfortable. The only thing I wish was different is a later check out time. They owner wanted us to start dishwasher, wanted towels washed and trash taken out. This made for a rushed morning and would have liked more time to enjoy time with family at the property. I have also never rented a VRBO so I’m guessing this was standard protocol. Check in was 4:00 pm and check out was 10:00 am. 」

「The house was so clean, all the amenities were available (gas range, microwave, outside gas grill, clean beds and sheets, so comfortable and cozy comforter, tv in living room bed room and basement, and super game room with air hockey and tv.
