「Breakfast was great. Staff were very helpful. Beds and AC were less than expected.」

I didn't like that; the bathtub floor had a lot "give." There was nice shampoo, but I usually bring my own soaps so I didn't ask. The staff was nice.」

「The elevator was down as well as the pool. The continental breakfast was almost non existent. The lock on the door was broken. The chairs in the room were ready to break. We were told there was shampoo and body wash available in the room and there wasn't any. There was mo soap at the sink to wash your hands. 「Our carpet smelled bad. There were small pellets on the floor that looked like they were deodorizers. The security to the building was non existent. The room keys didn't work on the outside doors but that was ok because they were never locked! We asked for a change of rooms but they were fully booked.」

「There was mold in the AC unit and the Shower exhaust fan did not function properly. Also in room 105 One of the beds had a noticeable indentation. Next, I had to summon the male receptionist to literally turn the TV on because it’s a two step process. First you press the Aux button and secondly, the power button. At this point I was fed up. The hotel is in a very very VERY isolated area. If you miss your turn on “Vernelli Dr” GPS will recommend that you go on a rocky dirt road BEHIND...
