"The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room. "

"So many supurb spots to eat in such a short distance of the property. Close to the train station. Apartment is in a quiet and beautiful courtyard and on a street without traffic so its inner city quiet and peaceful and has an adorable little balcony and a laundry washing machine. Our hosts were sweet and informative. The floors were adorable and i would stay here again!"

"Minor communication issues with check-in, as I wasn't sure where the lock box with the key was located at first. Otherwise, the location was great and the actual apartment was very clean and pleasant. Couldn't locate a remote in the unit to adjust A/C settings, but the temperature was okay, and that wasn't a big deal for me. Nice kitchen space and it had a small washing machine for laundry."

"This space offered everything we needed. The garden space in the back was the perfect spot to enjoy and the end of each day!"

"When we checked in toilet seat was completely off and sitting in the floor. Bathroom door knob was off. The smell of the place was bad. Pictures were way definitively nicer than place really was. When we picked up keys the host was annoyed when I asked a few questions. "

"It's an embarrassing story, but somehow I managed to book two rooms for the same dates and pay for them both. When I realized my mistake was when I received a telephone call from the host of this particular apartment and he told me that I needed to come and pick up the keys. But I was already in an apartment so that didn't make any sense. So I told him that he was probably mistaken. He was kind enough to call me back and tell me that no. I had actually booked the place and it was a booking that...
