The wooden slats under the mattress were nearly all broken, dirty towels stored under the bed, no toilet paper,and broken fixture. When contacted, CleanBnB were quick to apologize and said someone would come by the next day….but no one ever turned up. They were once again very apologetic, but that was it. 」

「Minor communication issues with check-in, as I wasn't sure where the lock box with the key was located at first. Otherwise, the location was great and the actual apartment was very clean and pleasant. Couldn't locate a remote in the unit to adjust A/C settings, but the temperature was okay, and that wasn't a big deal for me. Nice kitchen space and it had a small washing machine for laundry.」
