Wonderful and specious room, and property is very close to central station which was very convenient. Stefano was very helpful and great.

If I could give a higher rating than excellent, I would. I cannot say enough for how much we loved this hotel, inside and out. The hotel is beautiful inside and out. The staff were magnifico!!! The rooms were clean. The food the restaurant was excellent. It's right next to the train station. Not far from shops and food. You must stay at the hotel. Next time in, Milan, this is where I'm staying.

This hotel is perfect if you want to stay close to the central station. My family stayed for 5 nights and we are very happy with the breakfast and room. The staff are very friendly. Front desk allowed us to check-in at 11am. Three of us stayed at the deluxe room on the 3rd floor. The room is very new (newly renovated) and spacious (including the bathroom). Mini bar are free and they also gave us bottles of water every day. Breakfast are great! The only problem is the bar across from the hotel....

This is great place to stay. About 3 blocks away from Central Station. Very convenient check in and check out. The place is very clean. Furniture modern, Kitchen and bathroom both upgraded. Shower pressure perfect, liquid soap readily available and organized, wifi great, sheets clean and soft luxury feel, towels provided soft and comfy, bed comfortable, things in apartment has instructions how to use in english and italian, lastly, some free extras like snacks, beer and fritz beverage in fridge...

We stayed here for two nights before flying back to the US. It's a newer or renovated hotel. Very clean. Staff very helpful. 5 minute walk to Metro that goes everywhere. Breakfast had very good choices of eggs, pastries, cereal, meat, cheese, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. the hotel was within walking distance of all popular landmarks. Excellent service. A huge THANK YOU to Sally at the bar / restaurant she was incredibly friendly, polite, helpful and went beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. highly recommended this hotel. will be back for sure.

We arrived by train and location ideal. About 10-15 minute walk from station and same to center/Duomo. Just around corner from busy street through town yet entrance/room itself on quiet side street. Very clean and very friendly staff. Excellent spread for breakfast. Room a bit tight but spacious bathroom and roomy shower. Highly recommend for price. Would stay again.

Good location, clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent food in the restaurant and very friendly and helpful waiter. Thanks also to the chef because everything was excellently prepared and presented, as was the breakfast. If I return to Milan one day I will return to the hotel. Thank you very much for your services.

The service is wonderful

This Milan hotel was a wonderful choice for our vacation. It is 2 blocks from the train station so an easy walk with our suitcases and right across from a Metro station. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. We had a quad room, which was quite large. The bed was the most comfortable bed we had in all of Italy. The breakfast was ample. The breakfast area was quite small, but the hotel staff were able to bring our coffees to our room. I highly suggest to Google Street View this hotel...

The location being next to main central station is quite convenient with many restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hotel which occupies the whole first floor is newly renovated. My room for a weak was clean, spacious and cleaned daily. The staff are friendly. I will not hesitate to stay here again when in Milan. It’s perfect for being a base hotel while you explore northern Italy using trains.

The room was great, the staff was very nice and location perfect.

This stay was for a weekend trip for my daughter and I. Although the hotel was under construction, we overlooked it. The comfort and cleanliness of our room plus the friendly staff made up for it. Will stay again.

The room was small, but so are all the rooms in the Milano Centrale area. Very modern, clean, comfortable bed. Extended cable with speakers in the bathroom. Beautiful designer air freshener. Nice neighbor with excellent restaurants nearby. I will definitely start here again on my next visit to Milano.

Great costumer service

This is an amazing place to stay in Milan without spending a fortune but still keeping your privacy! The staff is amazing, super helpful and polite, always smiling and ready to help. Super clean all the time. I am not a big hostel fan, but this one is something that I’ve never seen before!! AMAZING!! Thanks for everything Ostelzzz!!!!

Overall is great for the price.easy to find restaurant in this neighborhood.The hotel is walking distance from the Central Railway station and 100 metres from an underground station. The building is a beautiful old building but with a modern interior and the rooms, although small have modern furnishings and fittings.
