All staff were very nice and friendly. It’s in a good location you can walk to the stores, restaurants etc, we highly recommend Senato hotel Milan. "Staff was great, a beautiful historic place with lovely staff and very nice rooms. Kevin and Pierre were kind and very helpful thoughtout our stay. Tricky to find though and you can't just pull up to the front door. Let them know when you're going for directions. Car is not a good idea in this very busy part of the city."
