Excellent location near the Duomo—convenient, clean, and safe. The only downsides are that a nightclub is located in the same building, so loud music from DJs can sometimes be heard, and the shower floor can be a bit slippery. Please be careful.

Cannot wait to return.

The hotel’s location cannot be overstated. The room was not only beautiful, it was very clean. The staff was helpful before, during and even after our stay. Even though the hotel is close to everything, it was peaceful at night due to great windows. LOVELY!

A lovely room in a beautiful apartment building a few blocks from the major attractions of Milan-the Duomo, LaScala and the Galleria shops. The manager and staff, especially Paolo, couldn't have been more customer service driven - they communicated via WhatsApp weeks prior to our booking and throughout our stay in person and met our every need. A perfect accommodation for any reason you go to Milan!

I stayed here with my boyfriend during our 3 night stay in Milan. Our experience here was amazing. Convenient and walkable location to everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating. Paulo facilitated all of our needs. We requested pick up from the airport during arrival and drop off at the train station after checkout, and the transportation service was excellent as well. I highly recommend if you are looking for a safe place to stay in a great location.

We were so close to the Duomo that we got to see it from our balcony. The staff spoke perfect English. We had an early check in which got disrupted with another itinerary but they were in constant contact with us which was spectacular

Hotel was very centrally located. Views of the Duomo from out balcony. A little blocked, but you can see it very clear. The shower kept running out of hot water. Love the tv cause it had Netflix and YouTube. Elevators are small. Can fit two people, but adventurous.

Centrally located a couple of blocks from the Duomo. Elegant decor and the peace and quite afforded by the limited number of rooms. Amazing staff!! Paulo is an extraordinary host!!! Highly recommend. Great location - fabulous room.

This is not a hotel. This is a bed and breakfast apartment set up. So if you are looking for full amenities this is not the place for you. That said, this accommodation was excellent. Beautiful room. Located just 5 minutes walk from Duomo, Victor Emmanuel II shopping center and metro hub. Excellent deli around corner. Quiet street. The location is amazing and i highly recommend this accommodation for those seeking a luxury room in a phenomenal location.

Beautiful apartment

Excellent customer service and communication prior and up to check in. We had been delayed and they were extremely patient with us. The apartment was beautiful. Tastefully decorated and very clean. Separate bedroom and comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area. Apartment is in a nice building in an excellent location. Just a few minutes walk from the Duomo. The apartment has plenty of storage, a kitchenette and modern bsthroom. Building has 2 lifts. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for one night and everything was perfect except there is a nightclub located downstairs nearby or attached to the building and it was loud. From our room we could hear the music and people so it was a little hard to sleep even though the windows kept a lot of the noise out. Room was clean, spacious, they upgraded us so the room we had was very large. The staff is VERY SWEET I would stay here just for the staff. They sent us restaurants and markets near by via WhatsApp and they were just super nice. We appreciate them! There are two small elevators you can use to go up so my husband and I used one each to be able to fit us and the luggage’s lol it was interesting and a fun experience. A lot of hotels in Europe in general have tiny elevators so don’t complain, that’s just how it is in their country so experience it and make it fun.

Have you met Paulo? My friend and I decided to start our vacation in Milan this year, and after serious deliberate research, selected Suite Milano Duomo as our first stop. The boutique suite was conveniently located in the heart of Milan. It was spacious, well maintained and our bonus was meeting Paulo. A personable yet professional concierge who totally made our trip to Milan even better. The superior double room with balcony was great on square footage for Europe and house keeping was done daily, keeps the place spotless. Paulo kept in touch from the time we left the US, to the time we checked out of Suite Milano this morning. He always responded to our inquiries with great knowledge and guidance going above and beyond in his actions and responses. More over Paulo was always considerate and professional in manner, making our stay even more enjoyable. We thank you Paulo and also to management for making the start of our vacation a beautiful one.
