The staff were all pleasant and friendly! Bed wasvery comfortable. The hotel was very comfortable and love that it was connected to The Florida Mall. It was a great experience for my granddaughter and I.

Absolutely amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, it felt like we had traveled out of the country to a luxury resort. The grounds are stunning, beautifully maintained, and every area feels upscale and welcoming. We loved the location of our villa, which made it easy to enjoy all the amenities. The included activities and water attractions kept our family entertained the entire stay. The service was outstanding, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the drinks were fantastic. Our kids especially loved the arcade, and the ice cream truck was such a fun touch that made the experience even more memorable. Everything was clean, family-friendly, and thoughtfully designed. This place truly feels special...relaxing, luxurious, and worth every penny. We can't wait to come back!
