"Fantastic location. Close parking options for a fee. Clean and spacious modern room. Unique and well appreciated amenities. Helpful staff. Only downside was that there was no gym."

"Very clean room and clean hotel all together. Very peaceful. Staff was great and they even gave skin care routines when we arrived. Honestly, this hotel would be perfect if they would just add more clothes washing machines. they only had 2 for the whole hotel, so sometimes you couldn’t get a wash in when it was convenient for you. "Did not receive any communication from the host upon arrival. Sent multiple messages. Its been over two weeks and still no response. Upon arrival no way to access. This was after a flight from the US so had to scramble to find a room at night in the middle of Kamakura. The ROOM (since its not a hotel) was located on the fourth floor-- with very narrow stair case- making it impossible to carry luggage up to the room. This was not advertised at all. I have been in Japan for 28 years and this is highly unusual. "
