The room was heavily nicotine stained and even after using freshner it still smelt.the Free breakfast was limited in choice and not topped up, so first in best selection. The staff are friendly and helpful and i will stay here again but i will specify a non smking room."

"The property was a bit tired, carpet stained, but the room was clean, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. The communal bath on the first floor was an unexpected treat. The breakfast was delicious offering a huge variety of offerings that were excellent, including an array of fresh fruits. There was an extra charge of 1100 yen for the breakfast— a bargain!"
