Charming 2-bedroom Tiny House with WiFi, AC in relaxing Brooksville

"We truly enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described, which made our stay feel easy and comfortable.What really made this place special was the beautiful setting on the Clydesdale farm. Waking up surrounded by such peaceful scenery and being able to enjoy the quiet of the farm was such a wonderful experience. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and get away from the busyness of everyday life."

"A wonderful location for our family and friends. There were lots of positives about our stay along with a handful of negatives. I did speak with the owner (through VRBO messenger and in person) about the issues we experienced and hope that they corrected the issues. Cleanliness was a major concern of ours during our stay as the property was in need of a deep cleaning (refrigerator had sludge in bottom of it, oven had mess in it, utensils had food on them, bug guts everywhere in the kitchen from people swatting them). Our other issues were the queen beds. They felt as if they were going to fall apart. The mattress and bedding were great but the frames were concerning. Things to know: -The pond is a ton of fun (canoe, kayaks, paddles and PDF's are provided)-Proximity to the river is pretty great. If you're looking for a relaxing day, take camping chairs and hang out at the river for a few hours-Be sure to visit the barn to see the critters. (Bonus points for the Emu!)-Don't plan on the grill to be functional as it's out of service due to rust failure.-Bring firewood with you for the burn pit-Close proximity to train tracks (nighty traffic on tracks with horns may cause issues for little ones sleeping)-You are staying in the "condo" half of a "barn"dominium. Any activity in the garage side during your stay will be heard and felt in the living space. -45 minute drive to The Ark Encounter-If you're over 6'2" be sure to DUCK when upstairs as the headspace is limited."

"While we loved so many things about this place, we couldn't get past the fast, busy and noisy highway. The listing said "peaceful" but it was too noisy for us. In addition, be prepared for steps. The kitchen is not on the main floor that you walk in on. And there is a step into the bathroom on the main floor. Just mentioned for those that may have physical challenges. I feel the place could use some TLC. There is not central air, but room air conditioners. But we are giving a super rating due to so many things we liked, such as having a fire and watching the barges go by on the Ohio River."

"The location was excellent and the inside of the house was very nice! However the gas grill was so nasty and moldy on the inside that we couldn't use it at all! Hopefully it will be REPLACED for the next guest! Other than that we had a great stay! Will stay there again!"

"Such a beautiful room! The air conditioning was on when we walked in. It worked well. The lobby had coffee early morning - a lovely space to linger. Lock system worked easily which is a big ‘yeah’. Great location too."

"This house was exactly as described. We were in Augusta for my sisters wedding and the bride and her girls stayed here. They all loved it. Plenty of room for them. The town is beautiful and full of history. Would definitely stay here again."
