"The staff is the reason this review is as high as it is. The mattress has been one of the worst we’ve had in our travels. If it was newer this would be a nine or a ten. They can’t help the neighborhood. Graffiti, trash. I did feel secure in the room. "
"They are so friendly and welcoming! From the moment we entered to the moment we checked out. They accommodated our many luggages to drop off so we could start our journey prior to check in and assisted us with directions. They upgraded us out of the kindness of their hearts. Could not say enough good things about them! They are right in the strip where all the major stores are - so convenient! "
"I was left with very few options to book a central hotel as i booked at the last minute before my flight to Milan...I chose this property at the last minute as most central hotels were already fully booked. Having said that and considering that this Hotel is about a 30 min walk from the central station is quite value for money if you have time on your hands..The room has all amenities served with a private bathroom.I do not know about the AC working or not as i did not use it in May..They do not...

"The Hotel was fine, the only problem we had was the lighting in the corridors. It was obviously to conserve power but it was too dark for me to make out things like room numbers etc."
Excelsior Hotel Gallia, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Milan
10/10 Excellent
"Room 226 has great views over central station. Room size was spacious with all the amenities of chargeable mini bar, slippers, shoe shine etc. very comfortable big bed. Bathroom was well equipped with toiletries, shower cap, vanity pack. There was also plenty of towels too. Rain fall shower head needs changing and it’s very hard and difficult to open the tap for the shower. It was very stiff and had no grip.
Shame during our stay the main restaurant was closed for refurbishment. Breakfast was good with variety but no vegetarian or halal sausages. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel to friends and family."
