Lovely stay and lovely staff, they were so helpful! The breakfast each morning was delicious, there were so many great amenities! The pool is lush and gorgeous. This is in a safe area however not very walkable. Front desk is helpful when calling cabs to the city.

The hotel is not a 5 star resort. It is old. The balcony is not accessible (the patio door is bolted locked). Everything is expensive. Laundry was ridiculously overpriced. It isn’t close to anything so getting transported to and from the hotel was horrible.

We had a wonderful experience. The hotel itself was clean, with well-maintained rooms and common areas. The staff were absolutely amazing, always attentive and ready to assist with any request. Amazing Penthouse & Value!

Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! Everything you could possibly need was here: breakfast on site, lunch at the cafe on the property, dinner selection from downstairs or the rooftop restaurant, and drinks either at the private speakeasy style pub downstairs or upstairs overlooking the local city from high above at the Rooftop Bar! The pool was beautiful infinity style, and for parents, they can watch their kids playing in the pool while working out in the gym because it overlooks the pool and lounge chairs. There is also massage on-site either in their salon or in-room (you just need to book in advance). It's a really great venue for a wedding. There was one going on during our stay and I thought it looked lovely! Oh, there was a Zen Garden to relax in too. Honestly, such a hidden gem tucked far enough away from the main street, you wouldn't even know it's there! Everything we ate and drank was 10 out of 10! Delicious, flavorful, and the staff were all great too. Now for the room: we had the highest floor executive room with the walkout balcony. Although we didn't use either, there were two bathtubs: one inside and one outside too! 😅 There was a dining table inside and outside, two couches, two TVs, a kitchen, bathroom and bedroom with King Bed and Desk. The place offered more than enough space for my husband and I who work on our laptops while traveling.
