The hotel is older but clean. Staff were very helpful. There is a pool but we did not use it. Air conditioning works fine. Location is great. Easy to walk to many restaurants and Wats. For the
price, I don’t have any complaints.

Great value for money
Not the newest hotel but cheap and great location inside the old town. The staff is kind and helpful. Right across the street is a great massage shop.

While staying at the Anodard, you are only a guest at the hotel pool next door! The food is good and not too expensive. Generally I would say that you get twice the hotel for the same price as Bangkok but with rats!
Good Staff, Cheap Price and good location with a decent sized open room.
Everything else was bad room was dirty and TV / Fridge both don’t work, hotel and everything in it is 50 years old, make sure you ask to be shown how to heat the shower at reception.
There are much better hotels for not much extra money, they are a better option.
Great hotel, we stayed ended up extending our stay here twice. Staff is very friendly, consistently cleaning and checking in on you. Front desk always great you. Mr. Yai is super friendly! The pool is newly renovated and probably the highlight of the hotel tbh. The rooms are good as well bed and pillows were comfy. Definitely recommend
(PS book your excursions with them, they are the cheapest, we learned from our first time and ended with up paying an arm and a leg meanwhile the front desk had a cheaper price)
I liked the outdoor area of the hotel. It is located in a tourist area with food and things nearby. the pool is shared with the neighborhood hotel and has most of the tables and chairs reserved for the other hotel. There is a small area for this hotels guests to sit by the pool which is a run down area. The pool is nice. The hotel room has mold on walls, dirty bathroom, stained bedsheets, and our room had a AC unit that was not working. It has a mini fridge in the room.
This property is located in the old city of Chiang Mai and with in walking distance to many of the attractions. Compare to the other hotels in this area, this hotel is basic but provides a comfortable stay at a great value. The hotel is a bit dated and could use some updating of the rooms.
Sound every night. Bed not really good.
Basically impossible to sleep.
Kinda weird for an hotel.

Older property that has seen better days. For the price however you can't beat it. I would not stay here a month but a few nights to save some money-it works. Water pressure and temperature was excellent. Door lock on room high quality. Mattress on bed was cheap but worked for me and my back.
This was a funky place that is falling apart. A collection of derelict air-conditioners sat next to the elevator on my floor. The bathroom was very old. The hot water heater did produce wonderfully hot water. There is a pool, but the Anodard shares it with the nicer hotel next-door. Guests at the Anodard are restricted in where they are allowed to sit.
you get what you pay for. very cheap but very dirty.close to everything. shower blocks up.house keeping hit or miss.some days you got towel. some days you had to ask for them.
A trip to forget, hotel without the minimum conditions, horrible reception, dirty rooms with cockroaches, bed with a horrible mattress, old furniture, dirty mirrors, broken bathtub, bad smell, we had to put paper to cover gaps in the bathroom where the humidity and bad smell came from, completely different from the photos on the website....but you can see that the hotel has had better days but at the moment it is completely unhealthy, an attack to the health
