I arrived with my partner to the room and the smell of moisture was very strong, the walls dirty and full of moisture, the bathroom unpleasant, the yellow pillowcases, narrow. We couldn't spend the night there, we had to look for another hotel the same night we arrived.

I stayed 4 nights. The first 3 in a very small room barely big enough for a twin bed with a shared bathroom. This was pleasant after I borrowed a broom to clean the floor and even though there wasn’t hot water because it was very hot outside. The fourth night I added on and needed to change to a room that was double the price. I was excited to have a private bathroom and queen size bed for a night, but discovered with my first shower that the drain was backing up and there was a horrible smell of sewage. Unfortunately this spread into the whole bedroom, making it hard to sleep and I was forced to use the communal bathroom on the floor below.

Budget as described, bugs in the room
Nice staff, got us in early in the day as a cancellation the day before. Bed comfy enough - pretty dirty could do with a repaint. Bugs crawling under the patio door so little bugs crawling around. Decided to pay to stay elsewhere for the second night

The ac leaked all over the bed and the floors had puddles of water. When i complained to the manager about it he said he would get someone up to my room and clean up the water. I waited for about 45 minutes and heard the maid outside my room i walked out to the hall expecting her to come to my room to mop up the water and change the bed linens and blankets. She took one look at me and mumbled something in thai and went to another room to clean it. When i complained a second time (about an hour and a half passed since my first request to have the water 💦 cleaned up) when i returned to my room i noticed the maid had a mop by her cleaning supplies so i grabbed it and mopped the floors myself. Shortly after that she and another lady came in and change the sheets and blanket. When i told the manager that he ac is still dripping water all over he told me to move the bed away from the ac and he would call a technician the next day to fix it. He came and it still leaked hours after he left. I told the manager i really should not be charged for the room after all that. He agreed im waiting to see if i get a refund. But at this time i highly doubt it.
