On day of checkin I was sent an email outside of the hotels.com site asking for a deposit even though my booking was paid up front. It was a little bit sketchy. "This place was absolutely perfect! Very cute room and the perfect size for one or two people. Located close to everything, especially if you're queer! It's like one block from a great lesbian bar with many fun events. Clean, tidy and convenient. Also a great little restaurant is downstairs which makes morning coffee a simple solution. You can walk to many sights and museums and there is amazing shopping and restaurants very close by. Highly recommend staying here! "
