"The property was beautiful and well-maintained. We stayed in the family suite. It was huge and had more than enough space for us. It was myself, my husband, our 22-year-old daughter, and our 19-year-old son. We ate at the restaurant our first night there. The dinner menu is limited. They only serve one 3-course meal. "Restaurant service needs to improve. Dinner service was very slow and we had to ask twice for drinks, they just totally forgot about it. However food was delicious. Buffet breakfast was poor, not worth the price. We noticed a big group having breakfast before us, so basically we had to eat leftovers, for example only one piece of cheese was left and the staff didn't added more cheeses, scramble eggs were cold, not a good bread selection, no fruits. Nobody care to ask if we need something. "

"This was our favorite place we stayed in France. So peaceful and quaint. Woke up to the sunrise on the mountain side and birds chirping. The spa was gorgeous and had a variety of steam rooms and saunas. We loved the breakfast. Tons of parking"

You could order multiple courses with different options. We were so glad to have stayed there despite the challenges. One, being wifi. The wifi by the restaurant was amazing. "Stunning and luxurious château . The staff were cheerful and welcoming, dignified and professional without being stiff. The food was fabulous but it would have been nice to have a few more options at dinner especially if were staying more than two nights."
