"We just finished a family reunion on Thanksgiving and we loved it. We stayed at the White Sands, awaiting our room at the Family Select at the Kantenah, and certainly preferred the latter, although the White Sands has a nice pool and best restaurants. The kids loved it, and the swim up is worth getting, if you can manage it."

"My husband and I went to TRS for our honeymoon and we truly had the time of our lives. We were able to completely unwind, and feel so cared for in the most beautiful utopia. The resort was huge, with so many places (and different resorts) to explore. The location was stunning with beautiful water, landscaping, walking paths, and perfect weather. The food was outstanding with something for everyone (access to14 restaurants). The infinity pool was a favourite spot to hang out at, as well as the beach at the kantenah resort side. We went snorkelling and saw so many sea turtles and we also had a spa day which included an 80 minutes massage and all day access to the spa pools and hydrotherapy. We went to the CHIC cabaret show which was outstanding, with so many incredibly talented people! And for the biggest strength of TRS - the employees.The staff was so welcoming, eager to help us out, and so warm and kind. Our butlers Paola and Julian in villa 68 were the warmest faces of welcome every time we walked back to the villa. They went above and beyond with EVERYTHING for us, allowing us to not have to worry about a thing. Lourdes and Cesar at Helios made our breakfast service incredible, making us feel so special every morning. Our room cleaner Selena was so efficient with so much attention to detail! Julian at capricho, Oscar at tentazione, and David at boheme each went above and beyond for us, making us feel so cared for! The drivers were so warm and helpful too! TRS was a 20/10!"

" We had an amazing stay at this resort in Mexico! The staff were incredible and truly made our experience special from start to finish. There were so many activities to choose from, and our kids had the best time interacting with the monkeys, coatis, and iguanas that freely walk around the resort — such a unique and fun experience for the whole family. The buffet was excellent and nothing like a typical resort buffet. The very first night, they were grilling fresh lobster right at the buffet, which was amazing. There were so many stations to choose from — cooked seafood, sushi, poke bowls, chicken, beef — pretty much anything you could want, they had it! The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and we loved the Michael Jackson tribute show — it was awesome! We made such great memories here as a family and would absolutely come back. If you’re considering staying here, I definitely recommend it!"
