"We had two appointments in Mississauga, 1-1/2 hours from where we live, in one week, so booked this property. It was close to the hospitals we went to, and close to Square One. Really anything you'd need was close by. The Host was excellent, gave thorough instructions and met us for the key transfers right on time. "Property was not ready to be rented. Condo building had a recent flood which resulted in partially removed drywall in the unit. Floor hallways were under construction. Water was shut off for a day. Fire alarm went off one day. It was just an unpleasant experience. "
