"Was charged 2000THB deposit during check-in. At first, the staff told me to pay by credit card, but instead of credit 2000THB from my credit card, the staff key-in all 16-digits of my credit card number and the CVV number + expiry dates at the back onto their check-in portal, which is very suspicious. Fortunately, I noticed and stopped, and switched to pay by cash. The deposit was returned during check-out. The room is big, with towels provided, but a bit dusty especially near the curtain and dressing table. For the shower, the water temperature is very difficult to adjust, either too hot or too cold. Location is convenient, with 7-11 at the G/F, <10 min walk to PhayaThai Station. The hotel also offer free shuttle bus (need to check their schedule and book with front desk)"

"Staff absolutely fantastic couldn’t be any more helpfull.The young girl who cleans floor 13 is such a nice person. Got a 2 late check out for free that really help us with everything that’s being going on in the world. Great location at the heart of everything Room spotlessly clean comfortable bed can’t fault this hotel and would recommend it to everyone. The bts is at the bottom of the street and the mrt is 10 minutes walk the opposite way. Thank you for a fantastic 8 nights of pure peaceful luxury "

"The Landmark Hotel in Bangkok (Sukhumvit Road) gives out an air of luxury and opulence with five star service from all the staff, from the check in staff, bar staff and porters and room service. The lobby is vast and welcoming, and I was also allowed to check in early following a short wait whilst they get the room ready. They offer a complimentary welcome drink in the bar next to the lobby, and the seats were very comfortable. I had chosen a corner room which was spacious with great views of the city. They had all the usual amenities in the room such as air conditioning, minibar, toiletries and even stationary and adaptable multifunction electric sockets. They have a limousine service to and from the airport but I did not use it, as the hotel is close to the Nana Skytrain station which connects to Phaya Thai station and from there directly to the main international airport by train, total journey time about 50 minutes. The hotel is about a 10-15 minutes walk to major shopping centres like Siam, MBK and Central World, and all tourist attractions are easily accessible by Skytrain or public transport. The Grab app is worth having on your phone as it is the Thai equivalent of Uber. It was a memorable 6 day stay enjoying the hotel location and facilities, and five star service with a smile from all the staff. I look forward to returning."
