"Very new hotel, clean and bright! Very suitable for families with kids as they have play area for kids and adults alike! One of the few hotels where all the drinks and small snacks in the room are complimentary. Hotel even gave some tokens (1 per person per night) which can be used to exchange food/drinks/souvenir. Hotels location is also good!"

"It’s very good location if it’s your first time in Thailand, and the hotel offers family room, which was one of the reason why we decided to stay, and rooms are great size as well! Also the spa upstairs is a big bonus!! The staffs are really nice as well. The only tiny thing I could think about is to maybe bring a filter shower head, it’s less of a hotel issue, I think it’s a city pipe condition, and my family is quite sensitive to that, but regardless, we will stay again! "The rooms are well maintained and serviced every day. There is a 711 right outside and the airport is connected to a shopping center. At night there are street vendors selling items similar to other markets. Location is great. Platinum Fashion Mall, Centralworld, and Big C are within immediate walking distance, and if you’re the type who likes to walk the skybridge will bring you to Chit Lom or Siam stations, Siam Paragon, Discovery, and MBK Market."
