All of the staff were incredibly courteous and helpful throughout our stay. My husband got sick on the last day so we asked about a late check-out, and they kindly extended it free of charge, which we truly appreciated. Since we had a late-night flight, they also let us know that we could use the lockers and shower facilities to freshen up before leaving. The atmosphere of the building was wonderful, and the facilities were excellent. We had a very comfortable and memorable stay.

This is one of my favorite hotels in the entire world. It has never disappointed me, and it didn’t do so this stay. The lobby and lower level are just beautiful, the koi pond on the lower level is a great touch, and the view to the Sports Club grounds (I still think of it as the Royal Jockey Club) is stunning. My suite was perfect and I almost never say that about any hotel in my reviews. If I could live here, I would think I had gone to heaven, lol.

Great location for shopping and eating. Shop at Siam Paragon and eat in the Gourmet food court (we went back twice). Walk to Lumpini park early in morning to see monitor lizards then walk to Dusit Central Park then shop at the attached mall and then eat in the food court. Our hotel room was very clean and comfortable and every staff member we encountered was warm, welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond to make sure you enjoyed breakfast. Best french pastries that we had in Thailand. Front desk staff were do quick and helpful if we had any questions or needed any help. This is a great hotel if you want to shop and eat in comfort.

Review for Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok Our stay at the Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok was truly an amazing experience. Beyond the excellent service and warm hospitality, I want to highlight something I especially appreciated as a contractor: the meticulous attention to construction and design details throughout the property. The room we stayed in — including the bathroom, the finish carpentry, and the lighting — was thoughtfully designed and beautifully executed.
