I highly recommend this Novotel

The hotel lobby and check in are extremely well organized. Staff was ready and helpful. The room layout and amenities are perfect. The lobby contains a gallery of small restaurants, each featuring different cuisines. And Alfredo’s the food, service and wine were outstanding and reasonably priced. I highly recommend this Novotel.

Excellent hotel. Amazing breakfast.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Excellent hotel with an amazing breakfast menu. Very close to DMK airport and a massive shopping centre.

Good plave for family vacation

Very good location near SM Lanang. Staff were very accommodating and courteous. Hotel is clean and facilities are good. Kids live the pool!

great bed [bad back]. the only thing i would have to complain about would be the internet [during business hours]. it slows down to the point that you can't even use it, other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Great Hotel Near The Future Park Mall

The rooms are a good size and very clean. The staff is very friendly. The only thing that soured the experience a bit was I forgot to book Breakfast paid for it but I also had booked too many nights my mistake but they charged me for breakfast for all those nights. Upon checkout I realized this and wanted a refund they told me they couldn't do it until I asked for a manager then they gave me my refund. No Big Deal. I will definitely stay here again.

Restaurant service was appalling. Sat down and waited 15 mins for a menu. Staff sitting behind the counter eating meals during dinner service is just so bad. The girl feeding her face in front of me made multiple mistakes with our order. This is management issue. The Front of House service manage needs a kick up the backside. Music was good, Dj was playing good tunes for the evening. Really disappointed with unhappy, unmotivated staff who would rather feed themselves during service than check on the paying guests. I will not stay here again. It was that bad. I recommend you consider other options. And half an hour wait for water from room service is a joke. 1 small bottle of in a room for 2 people? Budget cutting has its limits. Novotel sucks.

Very disappointing The bathroom is opened bathroom to the bedroom and very small. There is no outlet for air dryer. It is not convenient to use bathroom, so looking so cheap. There is no “Do not disrupt” sign inside the room so I went to the receptionist to tell them this following message— please tell the housekeeper not to go in, no cleaning and do not disturb” but yet a housekeeper went to my room and clean the room. It is not ok because I left medication containers inside the room and other privacy materials that I would not want any strangers to have an access to those items for my safety. After my returned and realized that someone was in my room, I was so mad and called the receptionist and complained. My privacy is violated. My safety is compromised. Totally is unacceptable.

The property was very nice and well maintained. It looks like a new property, with a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but there was no noise or issues caused by this construction at all. The Future Park Complex is very close, and the hotel has a shuttle which was very convenient. The staff were excellent and helped with anything we needed.

Very nice establishment. Pool was great. The view wasnt very good as was construction site on 2 sides and a shopping centre on another. The staff were fantastic and always wanting to help. Very clean and tidy.

Only complaints were the bed was a bit stuff and the second night the water in the shower didnt get hot so it was a cool shower but its within walking distance of future park mall which was nice.
