We enjoyed to stay at your hotel so much. The location,facility,staff service everthing is good. However unfortunately the washing machine was dirty.Once we used but there were some dusts on our clothes from machine so it was hard to remove that. We hope only that points will be improved.

The hotel room is new, clean and spacious. Excellent location with many authentic Japanese restaurants around. The only down side is the relatively low water pressure of the shower.

I stayed 2nights. 1st date , water of Shower was not be hot. So I requested to improve the temperature to be hot to lobby staff. So 2nd date night, I could use hot water for shower. But 3rd dates morning, shower of water was not hot again . I almost have fever because I used normal water to take bath. I don’t use this hotel anymore.

広すぎる部屋、過剰なアメニティや不要なジャグジー、豊富すぎる朝食などなく、無駄をそぎ落としつつ、必要なものは揃い、清潔さや欲しかったウォシュレットもあり、ロケーションも良く、自分にとっては丁度良いホテルで、複数回使用してます。

高級感などはお隣の日航よりも1枚落ちますが、スタッフの方の対応などは大変良かったです。朝食も数日過ごすならこのレベルで十分です。セキュリティのため各フロア、エレベーターホールと客室エリアとの間にドアがあるのですが、開けっ放しになっていることが多く、あまり効果的とは思えませんでした。また部屋にガウンがないのが残念でした。
