The stay was wonderful. My 1st choice of hotel when we visit Bangkok for its convenient location near BTS and Big C. Room is clean, comfy bed and pillows. The staffs are friendly, always welcoming and smiling. Thank you for letting us check in earlier than the standard time and the reception staff, Catur (hope I get the name right). The location is perfect, do not trust what Google map says, it’s right at the station “Chit Lom”. You walk out of the hotel and the stairs are right in front of you. Rooms are clean, staff was helpful. There are plenty of food, massage places to choose from, not to mention convenience stores as well.

The staff are exceptional, attentive, helpful and friendly. A really pleasant and convenient hotel to stay at. Facilities are brilliant, pool, 24 hr gym and steam & sauna with such helpful staff to assist. Breakfast is plentiful, so much choice but good quality. Location is excellent, right beside the BTS - Chit Lom. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely return to this hotel when in Bangkok! Thank you to all the staff! A great experience!

Best location for us because all the shopping is so nearby and so are the restaurants. There is an escalator and an elevator nearby to take the BTS which connects to most of Bangkok (except China town). The AC is good, rooms are cleaned daily, staff is courteous. The buffet is almost always pleasing. Good seasonal fruit selection, salad selection and juice selection. Bacon always good and the egg choices are great. My favorite are poached eggs. Great hotel for the price.
