「旧市街地観光で２泊した。市街から離れたスポーツリゾート宿泊施設だがhotels.comではエアコン付きとのことでタクシー代が嵩むが予約。しかしチェックイン時にもめた。「エアコンはスイートルームにしかないので予約シートにはエアコンありとは書いていない。基台の勘違いである云々」との言い分でしたが、小生の予約ページを見せたら「これはひどい間違いだ！」と絶句してました。ゲストに迷惑かけて申し訳ない。本日はスイート満室なので翌日ならば無償で部屋を替えますと申し出てくださいました。幸い猛暑が一段落し涼しくなったので安い部屋に留まりましたが猛暑が続いていたら熱中症になったかもしれません。なお旧市街までタクシー3ユーロ、駅まで4.2ユーロで余計な出費。 しかしテニスコートやプールなど楽しい宿です。スタッフは真面目。朝食は可もなく不可もなく並である。」

「This hotel is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. There is a seating area that they provide with a coffee/snack area, along with a breakfast area. This hotel is up the hill with restaurants nearby. Since parking is provided - use this space and walk around as there is little parking available in town.」

「We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day.
