「Nice hotel, clean, great location, few mins walk from city centre. Staff very polite and friendly. We stayed in the suite which is their most expensive room but was surprised we had to pay extra to use the saunas, this should have been included. Also the breakfast choice was limited and with not a lot of choices, especially for vegans/vegetarians or like my mrs for dairy/lactose intolerant. 「A room was clean and large. Somehow the towel in use was not replaced with a new one, so I dropped it on the floor clearly. Reception service is particularly good. It was better if there was a coin laundry for long-term stay.」

Two hours from Bratislava or from Kosice, this hotel is a destination. (if you have more money than time, the hotel has a helipad.) The blue edifice with a commanding views in all directions, retains the majesty of its origins as a 600 year old castle, Elegant and rich in history, this hotel is more than worth the journey.」
