「All good, not so busy in the hotel. Relax zone/ SPA nice, water bit colder for a youngers, but soune nice and not packed. Food rich and sufficient, wide selection. 」

「We stayed here as family (2 adults, 1 child 3y) for a prolonged weekend and had a great stay! It’s a really good family hotel with outdoor playground, indoor kids zones, pool and wellness area for families but also adults only. Our room was spacious, cleaned every day. We enjoyed half board - good choice as during the day we went hiking and ate outside. 「Grang hotel Jasná byl perfektní po všech stránkách. Skvělý personál, služby, atmosféra. Ve velkém vychází vstříc rodinám s dětmi. My si díky tomuto hotelu, naši dovolenou v Tatrách užili.」

「Construction in front of the hotel. Buffet at the only open restaurant at the hotel for a Price of 28 eur. No options for a la carte. Fem at the hotel which Can speak just a little english. Not worth the Price. Recommends other hotels in the area.」

「移動中の夜中に宿泊。チェックインの時間が遅かったにもかかわらず、急遽対応いただく。」

「旧市街地観光で２泊した。市街から離れたスポーツリゾート宿泊施設だがhotels.comではエアコン付きとのことでタクシー代が嵩むが予約。しかしチェックイン時にもめた。「エアコンはスイートルームにしかないので予約シートにはエアコンありとは書いていない。基台の勘違いである云々」との言い分でしたが、小生の予約ページを見せたら「これはひどい間違いだ！」と絶句してました。ゲストに迷惑かけて申し訳ない。本日はスイート満室なので翌日ならば無償で部屋を替えますと申し出てくださいました。幸い猛暑が一段落し涼しくなったので安い部屋に留まりましたが猛暑が続いていたら熱中症になったかもしれません。なお旧市街までタクシー3ユーロ、駅まで4.2ユーロで余計な出費。 しかしテニスコートやプールなど楽しい宿です。スタッフは真面目。朝食は可もなく不可もなく並である。」
