「Receptionist closed hotel early. We came to hotel half hour before closing, snd nobody was there, so we had to go arounf through back door in the dark parking. Overall streight 3 star hotel, only extra is genuine Africa decorations and some furniture. 」

「A room was clean and large. Somehow the towel in use was not replaced with a new one, so I dropped it on the floor clearly. Reception service is particularly good. It was better if there was a coin laundry for long-term stay.」

「A lovely hotel in a fantastic location. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the gym and pool. My only negative was the habit that many Slovakian hotels have of using single beds and placing them together (while still made up as single beds) and claiming this to be a double or king bed. Thankfully the reception staff provided me with sheets to convert my singles to a double (sort of)」

「The hotel is stunning and has very few things to point out. The service was excellent, breakfast on offer way above average continental. The rooms are comfortable, spacious and provided loccitane toiletries were a nice surprise. We were perhaps unlucky as the room/mezonet above our room had noisy guests and creaking floorboards which kept us up most night. We enjoyed the pool one evening, which was also lovely. 」

「We used the hotel as a base as we had family in nearby village. So the hotel was nearest to them. The staff and facilities were good. The fridge in our room did not work. although we did not report it as thought it was how the fridge’s are in this country. The side of the hotel we was on in Room 901 there was a nightclub (seems only open Friday,Saturday &Sunday) music pumping out till 5am which made 2 nights for us no sleep. We left on Sunday. Overall good but would not want rooms on 901...

「Great stay even if for one night. Breakfast was a bonus. The spa amenities and pool are open until 9:30 pm so that was great to do before retiring for the night.」

「A személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Angolul nem minden alkalmazott tudott. Sajnos a közeli programokról tájékoztatás vagy programfüzet nem volt fellelhető a hotelben. Az ágy nagyon kicsi volt ezen kívűl a hotel teljesen rendben volt. Az ètelek finomak. Az a la carte választèk kevès. Parkolóhely kevès. A helyi látnivalók autóval megközelíthetőek a hoteltól. Összességében ajánlani tudom. 」

「Surprisingly modern, nice underground parking lot, lovely lobby, great staff. I had a clean and useful room with a nice balcony, but it was quite small, the TV was relatively small, and the mattress wasn't great, so the sleep quality should be improved.」

「It was right at the edge of town so just a few minutes to the hiking trails and the national park. It's also only a few minutes to a bus stop to get you into town. 」
