"I recently stayed at Ocean Casino Resort in Atlantic City and had a really great experience overall. The hotel itself is beautiful, with modern rooms and amazing ocean views that make the stay feel relaxing right away. Everything felt clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The casino floor had a good energy with plenty of games to choose from, whether you’re into slots or table games. Even if you’re not a big gambler, there’s still a lot to do. The restaurants and food options were solid, and I liked having different choices without needing to leave the resort. One of the highlights for me was the location—being right on the boardwalk made it easy to walk around, enjoy the beach, and take in the views. The atmosphere was fun but not overwhelming, which made it a good balance between excitement and comfort. The only downside I noticed was that some areas could get a bit crowded, especially during peak times, but that’s expected for a popular spot. Overall, I’d definitely recommend Ocean Casino Resort if you’re planning a trip to Atlantic City. It’s a great mix of luxury, entertainment, and convenience, and I’d come back again"

"I came in with children and booked because the pool was accessible until 8pm. We were kicked out by 7:50. Room was ok, very small with no microwave and they don’t have any on property (so when traveling with an infant you can’t hear up bottles) "

"we had no hot water (twice in two night stay) there was trash all over the balcony, ants in the room, broken coffee maker, missing tv remote, and requests to front desk for xtra blanket and towels were ignored. Not to mention the “desk” had a physical crack in the middle so much that it sagged a couple inches to the center, and the counter paint by the microwave had been halfway picked off. "

"When we checked in the agent at the desk told us he was putting us in the north tower, which was the newest tower. There was really nothing new about it besides the fact that it was under renovations in the lobby. The downside was it was the furthest from everything. There is a lot of construction going on, which I understand in the off-season. Restaurants seemed to be somewhat understaffed, though sugar factory crew did do a nice job of keeping things moving. The toilet in our room was clogged and I called the front desk for maintenance. They were upstairs to deal with it in about 15 minutes, which I thought was great. We come down around this time every year and generally stay at Hard Rock. Overall, it was another nice trip because even the things I just mentioned weren’t any type of major negative that impacted our stay. I’m sure we will definitely stay there again next year when we go down for the weekend."
