「When we pulled up to the security booth to access the property, the staff was very friendly, the grounds were immaculate. The condo was everything that we wanted to celebrate in for our 50th birthday, there was even a surprise birthday basket for me, and my sister. Paula, the host, had immediate communication with me. 「We love this spot. Came here pre kid 15 ish years ago and returned with our 9 year old. There is a new building but the vibe is the same. Walkable uphill and downhill to restaurants but certainly stay and try the onsite at Sloth. The food was lovely. 」

「Super nice place in a gated community. The pictures didn't do it justice. We had a group of four so it was perfect. Lower level had a laundry room and 2 equal sized bedrooms with bathrooms inside. Each room also had a private patio with amazing views. Upstairs had a 3rd bathroom, full kitchen, dining room, living room. The outdoor covered patio wrapped around the side of the house and has even better views. We sat out there for hours at a time. 」

「We had to change last minute and the Villas Macadamia had a casita. Turned out to be the best place we have stayed. Plenty of space for the whole family, close to town and quiet. 」

「This is a hidden gem amongst the crowd of choices in Manuel Antonio. You will see more wildlife here than walking though the park. (Still go to the park!) The entire staff is are incredible example of Costa Rican hospitality. Treat this as your home. You will read in other reviews about a loud street. If you have ever done any traveling abroad, the noise is nothing that will keep you up. 」
