"The hotel staff was great, they were very welcoming. The room I believe had the nicest balcony and an incredible view, we loved it. The toilets are amazing, they come with a bidet and the seats are warm. The beds were very comfortable and the only noise we heard were the ocean waves. The restaurant below is aesthetically pleasing, great service and the food was very very good. The pool was awesome. There’s also another restaurant above that’s a sushi bar. They gave us different choices for breakfast. We only had two minor incidents: the WiFi didn’t work on our room, hence we had no tv and the main door frame was falling apart. It has secure parking. Although it may not seem like it, it’s family friendly, we went with our 5 year old. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Beautiful property! We had a great time and truly enjoyed the condo. Jaco beach was great, with plenty of dining and shopping options. The property is within walking distance of a number of restaurants and grocery stores. The property host was great. Prior to our arrival, I messaged with a handful of questions. Our host responded within a day, or less, to each one. While at the property, we messaged a couple of times with questions and the host responded in less than five minutes. The ocean at this location can be a little rough, however, we were able to spend some time at the beach at this property. There is also Playa Blanco beach about 30 minutes away, which is also a really nice beach. Plenty of outdoor activities nearby. We did zip lining and a chocolate tour. We also went to Manuel Antonio.The pool at the condo is really nice. IMO, the pics don’t do it justice. The entire building, to include the pool is very clean. The security staff are polite and helpful. There is a pool attendant on duty throughout the day who ensures, among other things, sand from the beach is washed off before entering the pool. One day of rain while we were there. We had plenty to do inside, though. TVs with fire sticks, pool table, and some games. Overall, as close to perfect as we could’ve asked for. Also, traveling to CR and staying at this property during the off season was a plus. There were very few people on either of the beaches we went to, nor the condo pool."
