「When we arrived, it was all locked up and dark on a sketchy back alley. A man came to the gate but would not open it or turn any lights on. He called someone and they said my reservation was for the next day. They blamed Expedia for the error. We left and found another hotel. Very unpleasant experience.」

「The pool was deeper than most pools in the area instead of 3 foot it was between 4 and 5 foot. The rooms were excellent. Called late for gate trouble, I recommend arriving first time in daylight to see how gates open for parking. But they answered right away and assisted us! They were so nice, got an extra blanket delivered the same night as well and they were so nice. There is zero view of the beach but the beach is only 5 minutes walking to be on jaco beach itself. Got a tour company right...

「Great property right on the beach. Close to shops, sodas, activities. The on site restaurant and tiki bar served delicious food and drinks. We stayed in a two bedroom condo and we had so much room and storage. In suite washer and dryer was a bonus. Beautiful large balcony.」

「The only good thing about this property is the location. I had a private room. The room looked good when you first enter and it has AC. However, the wifi did not work in my room, only the common area. When I was about to go to bed, I noticed there were ants crawling all over the two beds! There were ants also in the bathroom. I tired to contact the concierge (which are just people in their 20’s working there) but they clock out at 11pm. 」

「Worst hotel experience I have ever had. I moved hotels the next day. Do your research before booking this hotel. The 1st picture is overlooking the big pool. I asked about the pool after I checked in and was told its not available and the site only says they have one pool which is not true. The room I rented was supposed to have a refrigerator and it did not have one. 7 days in a hotel that i spent 1500$ on and no refrigerator. The room felt dirty and again didn't look like what was...
