"The hotel staff was great, they were very welcoming. The room I believe had the nicest balcony and an incredible view, we loved it. The toilets are amazing, they come with a bidet and the seats are warm. The beds were very comfortable and the only noise we heard were the ocean waves. The restaurant below is aesthetically pleasing, great service and the food was very very good. The pool was awesome. There’s also another restaurant above that’s a sushi bar. They gave us different choices for breakfast. We only had two minor incidents: the WiFi didn’t work on our room, hence we had no tv and the main door frame was falling apart. It has secure parking. Although it may not seem like it, it’s family friendly, we went with our 5 year old. We will definitely be coming back!"

"Beautiful place. Away from the hustle of town. It was off season when we were there so it was very quiet. Restaurant was only open for breakfast and lunch. Pool was awesome. Lots of stuff to do during the day in the area and then head back for a relaxing evening. Monkeys would visit most afternoons. My daughter loved the resident cats and guard dog. The animals were as friendly as the staff. Thinking about bringing more family next year."

"This house was a great house hosting a large party. We had our own private entrance, pool, living area in the middle of the jungle while attached to a hotel that provided all their amenities. Everyone was so kind and helpful. They really went over and beyond to meet our needs!!"

"Perfect location walking distance to everything and driving distance from every excursion we wanted to do both north and south. The house itself was very comfortable and it had a beautiful outdoor area. Our only thing was the pool was kind of dark at night even with all the lights on so maybe some more lighting for night time swimmers but other than that it was perfect. One morning we woke up to scarlet mcaws on one of the trees in the yard and it was truly magical. Amazing tropical paradise. Great for a night out too because the main strip is within a very short walking distance. The AC is perfect and very strong too. We were made to check in later but it was made up by giving us a free late check out which was perfect. The hosts are incredibly accommodating and considerate. The washer and dryer work perfectly and the beds were comfortable. They provide lots of towels, extra bedding, and hangers. They had everything one would need for a long stay and we would absolutely stay here again."

"Kitchen was well equipped. Property was neat and clean with plenty of towels and extra blankets for the beds. Nice, gated and quiet community. Disappointing that the gas bbq was replaced with a charcoal bbq and no lighter. Found the bidet pretty much non functional with poor water pressure, plus it didnt drain well and occasionally leaked. Otherwise the bathrooms were nicely appointed . Would have been handy to have a small step stool so shorter people could reach the dishes in kitchen cabinets. Host responded very quickly when the bedroom a/c stopped working and had it repaired the next day. Much appreciated. Overall, a very good experience. We would rent again."
