"We love staying at this property. Great location, close enough if you want to get to downtown Jaco, but we tend to eat in the hotel restaurant which is very good and just enjoy the 2 different pools. Always a go to for us."
Luxury Oceanfront Villa on South End of Jaco Beach, Nicest Part of Jaco Beach

"This villa surpassed all of our hopes and expectations. Built on Jaco Beach, with only a single narrow car lane separating us from the sandy beach, this home provided the most beautiful ocean view of anywhere we could have envisioned or have ever stayed. The 10 adults and 12 children in our group all had ample spaces to be together or to get some time alone, with seven bedrooms; an enormous outdoor space with a beautiful, 80 degree pool and pool toys, ping-pong table, and two hanging chairs to read in; enough outdoor seating for us all; a living room/TV big enough for us all to watch the World Cup; and a huge raised deck with multiple lounge chairs to gaze at the ocean. In addition, there was a maintenance man/security guard on duty 24 hours daily, as well as the concierge Dani, who couldn’t have been more helpful in arranging tours/excursions, massages, phenomenal catered chef dinners (highly recommend!), restaurant recommendations, and a ceremony for a 50th wedding celebration. Also, Josh, the surf instructor at the surf stand across from the villa, was not only incredibly competent and safety-focused, but also treated us like his extended family. The sunsets are mind-bogglingly beautiful, the accommodations are stunning, and Dani made sure that every need and concern were addressed...even ones we wouldn’t have thought of. We could not recommend Casa Rio Mar #7 more highly--it is a definite 10/10 that we will remember always with gratitude and joy."
