「Staff took us to our room only to make us move again after we settled in because she took us to the wrong room, but would not admit her mistake and lied to us instead. Found large bug on our bed crawling. Found more bugs on the ceiling and mosquito flying around in the room and a large beetle on the floor. Lamb burger for dinner meat was undercooked. Told receptionist about everything and they said and did nothing. 」

「Very Clean and close to everything . We stayed for 2 days with family and they have sister hotel where we can use pool / hot tub and spa . Will definitely come back and stay at Sibu 」

「Alles Tip top sauber und gepflegt. Die Hotelanlage hatte sogar eigene Tierentdeckungspfade und wir haben einen Nasenbären gesehen. Ein kleiner Mängel war, dass sich unser Zimmer unter dem Restaurant befunden hat. Man hat also das Stühlerücken laut gehört. Von 23 bis 5 Uhr war es aber meistens ruhig. 」

「We stayed here for four nights and were very satisfied. The location is great. Restaurants, the main street, and the beach are all within easy walking distance. We were able to enjoy the sunset right from the beach. Breakfast was delicious. The staff and the manager were all very friendly, courteous, and attentive. The only downside is the rather uncomfortable bed. Overall, we can definitely recommend the hotel and would come back anytime.」

「Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...
