「The houses and property were amazing! The staff was very helpful guiding my wife and I when the main road was closed for construction. As a photographer, the scenery from the balcony area was absolutely stunning! We couldn’t have asked for a better stay!」

「NO ONE should book this property. We paid $2,600 for a week and ended up leaving on day one. I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels and have never once walked out until this place. I don’t even know where to begin. Before you even get to the hotel, enjoy climbing up the disaster of a dirt road. It’s extremely steep and full of holes that will most definitely scrape the bottom of your car. I was really concerned for my rental. Driving up and down this road, especially at night, was a nightmare....

「 One hour into breakfast, there was very limited fruit, granola. The staff did not restock and I felt badly for those customers who arrived in the next 2 hours. This was experienced both days. At dinner, the servers never came to check on us, ask if we needed anything, how our food was. We found them to be quite curt and not customer focused. Housekeeping and gardeners A+; reception desk staff varied depending on who was working.」

El único detalle es que cuando llegamos aún en la secadora de ropa había ropa de cama y la cama principal en general podría tener mejor colchón, almohadas y ropa de cama y más limpia. 」

「Communication was grudging at best, there was no one there to receive us and no information folder. In consequence, we did not have the front door code or the lock box code to get the beach club cards until hours after we arrived and I had bullied the driver that picked us up at the airport into helping me. Bob was great! The property is amazing and we enjoyed it tremendously. The area has lots of restaurants and convenient shopping. Rent a golf cart, it made our lives so easy!」
