"This is a truly great place to stay! It is at the end of Jaco Beach which makes it very quiet yet very convenient. The hotel is very clean and homey. It has a great little bar and restaurant area with very good food. There is also a small outside bar near the pool and beach. Security at the hotel is excellent. Many of the staff here have worked here for years. I have stayed here many times now and it truly is always great!"

"Close to beach is about all the good things to say. Large waves not for weak swimmers so my wife would not go in. Toilets backed up repeatedly, reported it before we went out for the day, was told it was fixed and if it continued to happen they would move us to another room but by time we got back after 5pm there was no one at the office to talk too.Room also had mold on the walls in the bathroom and one morning we had no water at all for a while. "The location of acqua is very appropriate. The place was fairly clean, the dish soap, hand soap can be improved for sure. The next door neighbor was extremely loud for about 8hours, we think the administration should’ve done something about it. Swimming pool very nice. Jaco is such a great town, fun to go out, great dining, the beach gorgeous and the ocean magnificent! For sure we will come back to Jaco not so sure to come back to The same condominium."
