「We checked into our room which was dated but okay. The floors felt dirty and wet. We settled in and decided to lake the best of it but when we climbed into bed the bedding was damp at our feet. We called the front desk who tried to help by bringing fresh bedding but when we went to change the sheets we discovered the foot of the mattress was soaked with who knows what!!! We asked to change rooms and they accommodated us with another room without a lake view but thankfully with a dry mattress. ...

「When I had originally booked… I had mentioned that I needed a room that would be easy to access with a walker. We had two rooms booked but when we got to the hotel, to access the rooms, my 87yr old mother had numerous flights of stairs with no elevator available. 「A bit disappointed that the water park wasn’t set up for the kids as this was something we went into the weekend looking forward to. But besides that, we had a blast at the pool and hot tub. The lifeguard on the dock was lovely and we got to use the canoes, paddle boat and water trampoline. The fire pit at night was also a nice end to the day. we left a very sentimental earring there passed down by my grandma on the bedside table and when we phoned, the front desk said it was there.
