「We tried to check in at midnight after a long day that included a five hour flight after an hour delay. The night clerk was not very helpful. Assigned us a room on the fourth floor but would not give us a map of the property. It was dark and raining hard and we couldn’t find the outdoor elevator😩 We gave up, went back to registration and told him we wanted to cancel and spent the night on our daughter’s couch.
