"The house is cleaned well, the house is overall a little dated. That said, all of important things have been updated, new minisplits in all the rooms, new washer/dryer, new stove and oven, nice grill outside. For the price, especially relative to other properties in the area, I felt like it was a very good value. It worked out perfectly for us to explore Yosemite with our toddler and have quick access back to the house for nap time etc..."

"The host was very responsive to questions and very friendly and helpful. The property was at the end of the Yosemite West Parkway road, which was great for privacy. While located within the Park, the drive to the Yosemite Valley area was about 35-40 minutes each way with no traffic. The property is much closer though to the roads to Glacier Point and Mariposa Grove. Since we were not the types to utilize the kitchen to cook lunch or dinner, it was not feasible to drive back and forth if we planned to eat dinner at The Ahwahnee Hotel or Yosemite Valley Lodge so we planned to be out all day for those days. However, one night we ordered takeout pizza from the Curry Village area to eat at the property. Since we were only two couples, renting a 3 bedroom property probably was not a good cost benefit specifically for us. This was my first time renting a property with VRBO, so I know what to look for in the future. The host uses a housekeeping service so it was not necessary for us to do too much when leaving, but this was probably factored into the cost.My only recommendations would be to fix the leaky faucet in the upstairs bathroom, replace the shower curtains in both bathrooms, and fix the screen door to the balcony so it is functional.All in all, our agenda was such that we did not spend much time on the property except to sleep and eat breakfast, but being within the Park was still better than staying at a property outside the Park."

"It was the perfect size for the 2 of us. The bed is very soft but did provide enough support. Having internet was necessary are there were many places in the park without cell service. I could plan the day and download maps before heading out. The only issue we ran into was that we couldn't find local channels on the Dish service so we had to watch replays of a couple of World Cup games. I was able to record those replays on the system so we could watch at our leisure the next day."

"My family and I enjoyed the stay, property was very good and located nicely however did not enjoy the cleaning lady showing up at 10:29 am "hello i am here to clean the property" we had to remind her that our check-out time is 11am.Thank you"
