「静かで治安の良い住宅街の一軒家にある部屋で、清潔感があり広々していながら、自分の家のように過ごせました。朝食が出ませんでした。他のサイトを見ると、オーダー形式と書いてあったので、朝食が必要な人は事前に伝えた方がいいと思います。(エクスペディアの表示が分かりづらいと思いました)公共機関は徒歩で近くにバス停がありますが空港まで出ているかわかりません。駅からの場合は徒歩では遠いですが、オーナーがUBER(配車サービス)で送迎可能です。今回は自分の予約ミスにかかわらず、(エクスペディアを見ると、今晩予約可能と書いてあったはずですが…？？次の日になっていたようです)夜中に柔軟な対応をしてくれたオーナーに感謝します(本来はチェックイン23:30まで)」

「This is a great space for the spouse and I to crash at while visiting my parents in the neighborhood. It is quiet and comfortable and you feel like you do have your own little house in Denver. It is easy on and off the interstate but also close to downtown and so much that goes on in the area. Plus plus plus! It is dog friendly. 」

「My son and I had a great stay here. It is in a quiet neighborhood with panaromic views.Its great for active families as it is in close proximity to Red Rocks. Its also great for a staycation.Very comfortable and very clean.They had a collection of toys and books for young children and it was great.」

「The appt was cute. It was loacted in the basement of the residence which I didn't realize when I booked. We checked out on Sat as it was uncomfortable. I messaged the owner but never heard back. Not a bad place at all for people who are comfortable staying in a shared residence.」

"アメリカのホテルとしては平均的で、及第点といった印象。全体的には清潔で、モーテルや安めのホテルによくある匂いなども強くはない(少しはします)。ただ、バスタブの排水効率が悪かった。シャワーを浴びていると徐々に足元に温くなったお湯が溜まり始めるので、ゆっくり浴びていると足元だけ何となく洗えていないような感覚になる。その他は大きな欠点もない。デスクのライトが点かなかったので不具合だろうが、いちいち交換してもらうのも面倒だったので放置した。スタッフに対応してもらう場面は少なかったが、人によっては非ネイティブに対しての対応に温度差があるような感じも少しあったが、露骨では無かった。シャトルは利用しなかったが、稼働はしているようだ。立地としても付近にファストフード、ウォルマートや24hのセブンイレブンなどもあるため遅い時間の到着や連泊でも耐えられる。ただし公共交通機関は貧弱なため、ダウンタウンまでは1時間ほどかかる点は要注意。治安に関してはダウンタウンに比べると良いと思う。多少ホームレスの方々なども見受けられるが、危ないと感じるほどではない。全体的には至極落ち着いた地域だと思う。ただし22時ごろにウォルマートに寄った帰りに、駐車場でいわゆる「販売人」に軽く声はかけられたのでやはりそこはアメリカだという点は留意してほしい。総じてモーテルよりと比べると良い。ダウンタウンに滞在すると費用面でも高くなるため、仕事などでこのエリアに滞在する場合は第一選択肢と考えて良いと思う。少し費用面でかかっても良いから、ハズレたくない、不快な思いをしたくないという方にはおすすめです。"
