We were very happy with the room. Very clean and comfortable. Liked having the kitchen and you can get what you need for the kitchen. Walls are a little thin. Someone complained about us watching tv at 11:00 hour. Breakfast is minimal and not a lot of sitting space in the breakfast area. But overall ...

Tour the mountainside zoo to see hundreds of animals in replicas of their natural habitats. Feed giraffes and look down on the animals from a chairlift.

neat old town
If possible, have the town apply for a government grant to clean up the town and areas around it to make it more inviting.
Newly found this visit: The best biscuits and gravy in Colorado may be those offered by the Bakery in town. And the tastiest blueberry/almond pie anywhere. There is a lot of history in town, we learn a bit more each visit.
A bit quiet and not a lot of local businesses. Go visit and help their small town thrive!
