Manitou Incline Tours

Rooms are nicely appointed and the bed is comfy. Love the shower. Location is exceptional. But everything is DIY. You check yourself in and out, make your own keys, figure out everything yourself in your room (lighting, tv projector, screens), etc. I had to go look for someone to charge a pepsi to my room... I enjoy being left alone as much or more than anyone, but this was a bit too hands off for me. Also begs the question of where the $100 in facilities fees I paid goes, as I did not see any perks or facilities (pool, gym, bar, restaurant). Overall a very good place to stay, just fyi.

Room was decently clean but there were black hairs all over the tile (neither my partner or myself have black hair). The shower door was leaky so when we took a shower, there was a good amount of water on the bathroom floor. The AC wasn't working in the room but the front desk gave us a fan which helped a bit. The hotel itself was very beautiful! But with some of these inconveniences it felt like we were not able to enjoy it to its extent.
