「It was nice and clean and well kept. The host was easy to communicate with. The neighborhood looked a little if'y at first, but it was really quite and was great. And the only other thing is the parking is tight due to a metal container set right were you park. But is all worked out. I would recommend this as a good place to stay.」

「Listing accurate. Residence clean and neat location great for shopping food and going to local attractions. Quiet neighborhood and on site parking. Only issue is main AC unit not working apparently and only a window ac unit in bedroom available. This was adequate but main ac should be repaired. Just a suggestion that the small couch should be replaced with a hide a bed for additional family member. Overall I would revisit this property the communication with owner/ agent was great high marks...

「This place is a gem, with very welcoming vibes, and extremely clear and easy instructions and check-in/out procedures. I found its location to be very convenient for walking to downtown, but it’s just far enough away from the bars and clubs to make for a peaceful and quiet stay.」
