"the outside look is a little deceiving. It is a slightly dated motel, but the rooms are clean, beds are very good, very clean linen, and showers/sinks are up to date. And the prices reasonable"

"We drove 7 hours to Colorado Springs to ride in an air balloon for my 50th birthday. The location of the hotel to Memorial Park, the rooms comfort & cleanliness and especially the view were all perfect! "
"The house looked nice inside. The beds and seating were comfortable. There was trash left on the porch from the last people for both days of our stay. There were 2 towels for 6 people to use and the floors made our feet black from being dirty. Overall not bad for the price though. "
