We had a great stay here. We had an issue with the thermostat upon arrival, but the owner Dennis was quick to respond and get the issue sorted for us. He even offered to upgrade our room, but we were happy staying put. The bed was extremely comfortable & the complimentary snacks & beverages in the communal kitchen were a lovely addition. The hot tub was relaxing and having brunch cooked on site was such a bonus. We’ll be back! This place is 420 friendly. I don’t smoke but the smell doesn’t bother me. If you’re sensitive to it, this might not be a great fit for you.

Our stay was very pleasant and breakfast was excellent. Laura and her team cook breakfast live in the kitchen every day. We had to leave early both days before breakfast time and Laura cooked breakfast for us 6 in the morning and even packed an extra breakfast sandwich for us to have on the way. Amazing people and nice homely environment.

Best Vacation Stay!

Our stay at this INNhale Resort and Spa home was absolutely phenomenal! The house was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a perfect getaway. The views of the mountains were breathtaking, and the location was ideal—close to hiking trails and area attractions. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, ensuring every detail was covered. They were extremely hospitable and the food options were a wonderful experience to have with the stay. We loved relaxing outside and inside the well furnished home after a day of exploring. This rental exceeded all expectations, and we can’t wait to return! Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area and would like to experience a first class stay!

We had a great stay; the bedroom was top-notch. The heated bathroom floor and bed made it five-star accommodations. Lovely, definitely recommend!

The whole place was very clean and quiet during our stay. The bed was sooooo comfortable, and we found everything to our liking. The staff went out of their way to cater to our request (vegan) and even provided my partner w/ a candle in his breakfast on his birthday! Very thoughtful! My partner enjoyed a lovely relaxing massage at the spa on his birthday and said the massage therapist was very accommodating to his requests. Our brief interactions w/ other guests were pleasant. The resident cat was a lovely addition too. Overall, it’s a beautiful property run by super kind people and I highly recommend staying there. We’ll be back at some point I’m sure!

This was a fantastic stay feom start to finish. Brandon was an excellent host. Andrea made the best breakfast. Our dogs were treated like rock stars...oh!! And the bed was like sleeping on a cloud!! Absolutely amazing atmosphere. The owner and his family run it and are the coolest people. And the FOOD. The meals are honestly some of the most amazing I’ve ever had. Some of the property is older and needs updates (just get rid of the carpet guys). But those little things aside, I’d still stay there and plan to return with friends. And for the price, it’s the best.

This place is amazing. Excellent location, with bus service close by. Modern clean bedrooms and bathrooms. Amazing common area with drinks and snacks all day. Hot tub. The staff are nicest most accommodating people possible. I think think is the BEST place in Manitou Springs. If you are running the PP Ascent or Marathon, this place is very close to the starting line!

Lovely get away place in itself.

The breakfast was made to order pancakes, eggs, sausage, or bacon refresh fruit really a step up from the package muffins waffle iron cereal that is typical with included breakfast. The beds linens pillows were extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again for a 2 plus night stay and I would request to stay on the first floor. The staff, Laura and Sean were friendly and eager to help.
