「This is one of the finest hotels I have ever stayed in! Beautiful furnishings, spotless, pet-friendly, and an extensive, delicious breakfast. Best we’ve had! I highly recommend a king suite, which has a cozy window seat and a lovely sitting area. We may come back to Colorado Springs just to stay here!」

「There was plenty of parking for the hotel. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was very clean. Some of the wall sockets did not work. Also the hotel does not provide Kleenex in the room.
The only problem was from Expedia who we made our reservation with. Expedia charged us $35.00 dollars more for the room with there fees while the bill from the hotel was only $104.00. We would not use Expedia anymore.」
