This is a great location with easy access to Manitou and points west as well as the Cheyenne Mtn. zoo and very nice bicycle access to Garden of the Gods."

"The apartment was spacious and very clean. The owner was very responsive to our needs. We’re from Florida so had to ask to have the heat turned up and Bonnie immediately turned it up, even though we got in quite late. No stove/oven, just a hot plate but that worked well for the limited cooking we did."

He was awesome when the winter storm rolled in and was out there every morning clearing the driveway. We'll be back one day!"

"We loved our stay! The accommodations are comfortable and clean. We had to work remote part of the time we were there and the Wi-Fi worked without any issues. We came to town to stay to watch our daughter’s college lacrosse games. we were close to the game locations and all the tourist things we wanted to do. The hot tub was so nice! The location is on a dead end Street so there is complete privacy. if we come to Colorado Springs in the future, we would love to stay here again!"

"This property is a gem. It is a very nicely appointed apartment that was built upstairs in a monitor barn. The clean country appeal does not dissappoint. The kitchen is huge, the bedroom spacious and there is plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Outside there are trails that lead you around the property. If you have a dog and he's good off leash, this property is heaven on earth. So much open space for your dog to run, play and explore. If that were not enough, the hosts go over the...

Loved the location - easy walking distance to downtown."

"What a perfect location! A short drive to Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Red Rock Canyon, and lots of great restaurants and breweries. The place itself was perfect and had everything we needed. "Charming cozy cottage. Very clean and had everything we needed for a comfy stay. Close to everything we wanted to do. Between Old Colorado city and manitou springs which were very cute , quaint towns. Only complaint if I had one is it’s on a very busy street and we could hear cars and motorcycles all night. But really didn’t affect us much. Beautiful views of the mountains. Safeway across the street was nice."
