"The staff in the lobby including the food court and restaurant were wonderful and attentive. We were greeted with cold beverages and fresh cookies . Our room was clean . The door to the refrigerator was facing the wrong way so it was difficult to utilize. But unfortunately we were not made aware of the “ water park “ slides that was the selling point for my grandsons to enjoy during our stay was not open or operating the whole weekend. The pool was absolutely disgusting. Hair lots of hair floating and Stuck in the side drains . Cups and straws floating. There was a build up of brown greasy substance on the tile around the pool . The ground / rubber type flooring was littered with trash debris, toilet paper parts in the kiddie splash zone area and the only slide open for toddlers possibly up to 8 years old was being used by all ages that made it unsafe for the little ones to use . The pool chairs were ripped and stained . And a strong odor of a sewage type smell would waft through the kiddie pool / splash pad area . With all the pool / kiddie pool area rules clearly listed on the extra large sign , no one was enforcing them or following them . It is definitely not worth the value . We will not return . With the $31.00 per day for parking and the $39.00 per day resort fees you could stay on Disney property with much better maintained pools and grounds ."

"Westgate lake and spa is excellent but the rental car company is the biggest scam artist out there I can’t believe expida deals with them and puts your in a situation that will ruin your family vacation I paid for the collision through expida and it was a package deal they wanted 1000 security deposit I had my own lie ability insurance information with me and they didn’t even look at it plus the said the tolls are 30 dollars each I was towards the back of the line it was a run down place dirty and 25 minutes from the air port the drove me and my granddaughter the people in front of me were yelling at the rental people and some customers were crying and some could even get the car because of high they were up charging us and they were told they have to wait out in the street not on there property trying to strong arm rob us I had to pay an additional 500 dollars on top of my booking it was a horrible experience and scared the crap out of my eleven year old granddaughter I even said I was going to write a review about what they are doing he straight up said he didn’t care and laughs I can believe Expedia even partners with them and I’m sure this is not the first complaint that they have heard about Zezgo car rental remember ZEZGO car retail do not use unless you want an extremely bad experience Expedia needs to stop using the altogether or they will get a bad reputation "

"Wow, the view from my room was amazing, especially for my little girl. The room was clean, and they have a lot of activities right at the same location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again! Even you don’t have to go in the check out it’s automatic, and I can enjoy the pool and all the activities until 12am "
