「Unfortunately, I didn't have any luck staying at this hotel. Almost everything went wrong, except for the staff, who were kind and genuinely tried to help. The room was not clean, the toilet was broken, there were mistakes with my check-in, and there was an unpleasant smell. I was told the odor was probably due to recent painting or maintenance, but I wasn't able to stay in the room and decided to leave. That said, I am very thankful to the staff. The doormen could not have been more helpful. They truly cared that we had a great stay, and that goes such a long way.」
