I booked this little gem of a hotel online with the idea that, if it was even half as good as it looked in the posted photos, it would be great. Surprise for me! It is even better than it looks! The things you don't see in the photos give it the extra touches that make for an amazing weekend. The management and staff here are professional, yet warm and caring. Anything you need, they will see to it. The entire hotel was rebuilt this year and everything was redone with high end finishings...

This place is my new favorite!! The staff and the customer service are unparalleled!! The experience of the check in was pure joy and was the perfect start to a wonderful stay at this small and charming hotel. I can’t enough about the amenities. The pool and jacuzzi were the perfect temperature. The view of the mountains from my room was stunning. I was so sad to leave Desert Riviera.

Everything about your hotel was great - if I had one small suggestion it would maybe be to skim the pool more frequently - the day we arrived, seemed like there was a fair amount of bugs and small debris floating on the surface of the pool…maybe this was a one time anomaly as next morning all was fine, but maybe a midday skim is needed. We loved your hotel and would definitely recommend it - cheers!

We’ve stayed at Villa Royale many times over the last five or so years and it remains our favorite place to stay in Palm Springs. The rooms and common areas have been thoughtfully renovated to feel mid-century yet stylish with modern amenities. Most of the rooms feel suite-like with nice kitchenette/bar areas. Excellent, helpful staff and absolutely beautiful place BUT breakfast very disappointing. How lovely it would be to have things set out and you to chose instead of being given a bowl of cereal like a school meal and very tightly controlled in why you can have. Coffee was stewed and cold too. We left Sparrows and basically stopped for breakfast in Palm Springs which meant we were then running late. This really lets the place down. I read the reviews of others that have stayed at Agua Caliente and I thought maybe they were exaggerating a bit. Not at all! The place was nice, and clean. The staff was amazing, friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect! Everything was clean and modern. The Hotel staff and Casino staff were a perfect 10/10. PS. If you go to the Water Cafe get the grilled cheese sandwich. It’s a life changer.

The “ Hotel California “ is an amazing property in Palm Springs. The owner Maria is an amazing person and very caring individual. She gave me a tour of my amazing room. It was an incredible room with lots of room. 10 + rating for this hotel. I will definitely return to stay here. Amazing experience and unique hotel. Perfect 10 property.

We happened upon this inn and ended up extending our stay because we never wanted to leave. It truly feels like a villa we once stayed in the Greek Islands with its white adobe architecture, fruit trees, incredible pool deck and mountains in the background. Wonderful breakfast in the morning, free bikes, yoga...the list goes on. Only small complaint is that the window unit A/C is really loud (and you'll need it since it's hot).

The website doesn’t even do this property justice! What an experience. We felt like we were transported into an alternate reality and team with lemon and grapefruit trees ripe right outside my door, the most charming room with a quaint kitchen and outdoor shower… the people who work there couldn’t have been more accommodating and fun. Safety is a priority there - my fiance showed up unexpectedly and flew in to surprise me and they did their due diligence to make sure he was vetted and walked...

We really enjoyed our stay, it blew our expectations, we did not want to leave. With that, it says it all. Staff and customer service is amazing. Property ambiance is very relaxing, clean, and very quiet. Kim is amazing at what she does she made our stay very welcoming.

Staff was amazing! Such a cool, hip yet quiet place to stay in the middle of Palm Springs. I would definitely stay again especially since it is so close to the airport.

Perfect spot in Cathedral City. Spacious rooms, full kitchen and barbecue and attentive staff, makes this a place I would keep coming back to with family.

We found this Inn through Hotels.com and decided to do a last minute overnight trip. We are so glad we did! The pool was so amazing and open 24hrs. The front desk person was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and spacious but the real MVP of the stay was the bed! It was so comfortable from mattress to linens it was outstanding. It had us wanting to know where to purchase it! We will no doubt return to our favorite room! Thank you staff at The Inn at Deep Canyon! 🙂
