"The sunset views and overall views from the outside living areas of Cas Aboo are fantastic!! This is a very unique setting which we are lucky to have experienced. The snorkeling from the property is tricky but great. I saw a sea turtle within 15 minutes of our first snorkeling adventure off the right side of the rocks. The pool is awesome too!! Loved Cas Aboo!!!"

"This property is just as advertised - in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. The house, deck and pool area are well furnished. The kitchen is well outfitted with utensils, dishes and silverware. The owner and local host were very responsive to all questions and needs. Would stay here again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the villa. It was exceptionally clean, pest‑free, and the ocean view made the experience wonderful. Even the BBQ was spotless and ready to use.A few suggestions for future guests:Pool Maintenance: Service was scheduled for Tuesdays but occurred off‑schedule on Friday, then again Monday and Thursday as we were departing, which disrupted our use of the pool. The pool had significant debris on arrival, the net was unusable until replaced Tuesday, and later the pump shut off and the skimmer stopped working. More consistent maintenance would help.Kitchen Supplies: For a three‑bedroom villa, the number of coffee cups and glasses was inadequate. Only three proper coffee cups were available, with several chipped or stained handleless cups. This forced frequent dishwasher use despite only two guests. A roll of paper towels would also be helpful.Laundry: Guests are asked to refresh towels mid‑stay, yet no detergent was provided. The dryer also took an unusually long time to dry small loads, likely due to a clogged vent.Toiletries: Liquid soap was provided in the kitchen but not in the bathrooms. The manager supplied some the next day, but it should be stocked before arrival.Checkout: Although checkout is at 11 AM, the required tasks-emptying trash, starting the dishwasher, placing towels by the door—added time, and the cleaning crew arrived exactly at 11, making departure feel rushed despite the cleaning fee paid making the tasks unreasonable."

"the garage was not accessible and we had to carry our suitcases up the stairs and then back down to the bedrooms and we are all in our 60s. The ice maker was only making a couple of cubes a day had to go out and buy bags of ice. The pool area when we arrived and where we hang our clothes had poop all over and someone did come out to clean it. "
